Refund and Returns Policy
Our Return and Refund policy entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if it finds a damaged product on the delivery day, We will issue a replacement on the next supply day. We won’t take any replacement after the delivery day, as it is a fruit. It should be reported on the same delivery day. Same delivery day complaints can be raised to [email protected] with the product image. the image should contain a damaged product and attached address box.
If you have received any damaged mangoes due to transit or courier company handling, just take a picture of those mangoes and email us with full details (order number, parcel received date, etc.) within two days after delivery. We will make a decision and refund or replace the product after reviewing it. It is the sole decision of www.mangonad.in. whether the additional replacement of mangoes will be done in the next order.
If you receive your mango peti (box) with a delay of more than six days from the dispatched date mentioned on the courier receipt and mangoes are in bad condition, just take a picture and email us with further details. We will arrange a replacement for that order as per product availability
Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Cancellation allowed only till the order gets dispatched.
Refunds will happen usually within 4-7 working days. In very unlikely scenarios, it may take more time based on the banking partner.

Free shipping for all orders above INR 1000 within Bangalore
Different slabs of shipping charges are levied for out of state orders.
If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name or address), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from you.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally, the delivery of the ordered products takes 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase
We deliver to all major cities in India. If your location is not serviced by our courier, we will contact you to cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to your account.
