Refund policy

We accept return request within 4 hours of delivery, Our Return and Refund policy entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if they find a damaged item. We will issue a replacement on the next delivery day. We will not accept any replacements after the delivery day, as it is a perishable fruit. Any issues should be reported on the same delivery day. Same-day delivery complaints can be raised by emailing help@mangonad.in with a photo of the damaged product, which should include the attached address box. If approved, the replaced order will be delivered within 15 days.

If you have received any damaged mangoes due to transit or courier company handling, simply take a picture of the affected mangoes and email us with all the necessary details (order number, parcel received date, etc.) within two days of delivery. We will assess the situation and issue a refund or replace the product accordingly. It’s solely up to test.mangonad.in to decide if we’ll replace any damaged mangoes in your next order. 

If you receive your mango peti (box) with a delay of more than six days from the dispatched date mentioned on the courier receipt and mangoes are in bad condition, just take a picture and email us with further details. We will arrange a replacement for that order as per product availability. If approved, the refund will be credited in to the original method of payment within 15 days.
