A: Each 3 kg box is packed with approximately 10-14 luscious Alphonso mangoes, subject to the natural variation in fruit size.

A: The smallest quantity we offer is one box, which contains 3 kg of Alphonso mangoes, perfect for personal enjoyment or as a gift.

Q: How long does the delivery take?
We strive to deliver promptly, with most orders reaching their destination within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping costs are determined based on your delivery address and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Q: How can I qualify for free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping as part of special promotions or for orders exceeding a specified value. Please refer to our shipping policy for the latest information.
Q: What is your policy on returns?
We strive to deliver the highest quality mangoes and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your mangoes arrive damaged, we will gladly compensate you by either:
- Adding additional fruit to your next order, or
- Crediting the equivalent amount to your Mangonad wallet.
The credit in your Mangonad wallet can be used for future mango purchases during the mango season. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
Q: What should I do if my mangoes are damaged upon arrival?
In the unfortunate event that you receive damaged mangoes, please capture a photograph and email it to us along with your order details. We will ensure you receive a complimentary replacement in your subsequent order or offer a discount code to compensate for the inconvenience.
